This policy outlines how byNitrone delivers website and managed growth services, including onboarding, timelines, revisions, recurring service cadence, and cancellation handling.
Onboarding requirements
- - Work begins after initial payment and onboarding completion.
- - You must provide access, content, and required business details.
- - Delays in approvals or assets may shift estimated delivery dates.
Service delivery
Services are delivered according to the scope, timeline, and milestones defined in each proposal or signed agreement.
Timelines
- - Website Foundation projects typically launch in 2-4 weeks.
- - Lead Recovery setup typically starts within 5 business days.
- - Monthly optimization and reporting run on an ongoing cadence.
Revisions and approvals
- - Revision rounds and support limits follow your selected package.
- - Additional edits outside package scope may be billed separately.
- - Final deployment follows written client approval.
Recurring service cadence
- - Managed plans include monitoring, optimization, and reporting based on package tier.
- - Monthly deliverables may include workflow tweaks, lead handling updates, and review flow improvements.
- - Monthly plans include a 3-month minimum unless otherwise agreed.
Billing and terms
- - One-time project fees are billed by proposal milestones.
- - Monthly plans are billed in advance on recurring schedule.
- - Setup fees apply for automation-only engagements unless stated otherwise.
- - Late or failed payment may suspend service until account is current.
Cancellations and refunds
- - Recurring service cancellations require written notice.
- - Fulfilled custom work and strategy time are non-refundable.
- - Chargeback disputes should be directed to rhys@bynitrone.com first.
- - Any exception is handled under your signed service agreement.
Pause and reactivation
Accounts paused for more than 30 days may require updated scope, reactivation fees, or revised timelines based on current workload.
